摘要
轮廓加工的尺寸精度控制常规方法不易控制多个不同公差带偏差的尺寸,通过实验证明,对于外圆尺寸精度控制采用了统一偏差编程后,修改程序坐标及磨损相结合的方式进行精度控制,为外圆尺寸高质量加工提供精度条件。
The conventional method of dimensional accuracy control of contour machining is not easy to control the size of the deviation of multiple different tolerance zones.It is proved by experiments that after the uniform deviation programming is adopted for the precision control of the outer circle,the precision control is carried out by combining the modification of the program coordinates and the wear,which provides the precision conditions for the high-quality machining of the outer circle.
