摘要
与传统脱机测量不同,在机测量为加工测量一体,零件加工完成后,程序驱动测头对零件进行测量,加工合格后再进入下一道工序,直到零件加工完成。在机测量可以实时测量零件尺寸,省去了二次测量时的重复定位、装夹等工序,还可以把测量结果作为误差补偿的数据来源,做到生产和检测一体化,提高生产速度、加工效率和加工精度,降低了次品率。以世界技能大赛日常训练的数控加工凹模零件为例,使用在机测量技术对零件进行加工、测量,加工完成后使用三坐标测量机测量凹模零件的尺寸。比较在机测量结果和三坐标测量机测量结果发现,两个测量值相差在1μm内,验证了在机测量技术满足数控加工零件的加工、测量要求。
Unlike traditional offline measurement,in-machine measurement integrates processing and measurement.After the part is processed,the program drives the probe to measure the part.If the processing is qualified,the part will be delivered to the next process until the part process is finished.In-machine measurement allows real-time measurement of part size,eliminating secondary measurement with repeated positioning,clamping,and other processes.The measurement results can also be used as a data source for error compensation,achieving integration of production and testing,improving production speed,processing efficiency,and accuracy,and reducing defect rates.In this paper,the NC machining of concave die parts in daily training of World Skills Competition is taken as an example,and the in-machine measurement technology is used to process and measure the parts.After machining,the CMM is used to measure the size of concave die parts,and the results of in-machine measurements and CMM measurement are compared,it is found that the difference between the two measurements was within 1μm,thus verifies that the in-machine measurement technology meets the maching and measurement requirements of NC machining parts.
