摘要
文章主要论述了现代制造领域与复杂曲面加工密切相关的在机测量技术,并对在机测量给出了定义,从在机测量的类别出发,分别阐述了各种在机测量方式的研究现状,并指出了现有技术的不足、展望了未来的发展方向。对全面把握在机测量技术现状,发现技术瓶颈,探索在机测量新技术有重要指导意义。
this paper mainly discusses the on-machine measurement technology of modern manufacturing field that closely related with complex curved surface machining,and the definition of on-machine measurement is given. Then starting from the category of on-machine measurement,it respectively illuminates the research status of measurement mode for all kinds of the on-machine measurement,then points out the shortcomings of existing technology and clears the development direction of the future. It is of important guiding significance for comprehensively grasping the current status of on-machine measurement technology,finding the technology bottlenecks and exploring newtechnology of on-machine measurement.
