摘要
针对波导类产品品种多、批量小、空间三维尺寸精度要求高以及测量效率低等问题,提出波导类产品空间三维尺寸测量的新方案。通过模拟波导类产品实际装配状态的方式,一次性测量波导法兰面之间X、Y、Z这3个维度的空间尺寸,并通过系列实验验证了该方法的高效性和测量准确性,在测量效率上远超传统的测量方法,可以广泛应用于不同接口和不同形状的波导类产品,具有推广应用的价值。
Aiming at the problems of many kinds of waveguide products, small batch, high requirement of three-dimensional dimensional precision and low measurement efficiency, a new scheme of three-dimensional dimensional dimensional measurement of waveguide products was proposed. By simulating the actual assembly state of waveguide products, the spatial dimensions of X, Y and Z between the flanges of waveguide were measured at one time, and a series of experiments were carried out to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the method. The measurement efficiency of the method is far higher than that of the traditional measurement methods, and it can be widely used in different interfaces and different shapes of waveguide products, which has the value of popularization and application.
