摘要 在机械加工中,对于同一方向上尺寸较多、工艺基准需要多次转换、加工工序又多的零部件,各工序间的关系比较复杂,在这种情况下会出现2个亟待解决的问题:一是为保证尺寸精度而建立的尺寸链环数较多,尺寸链的查找比较困难且易出错;二是工序余量不易查表来简单确定,而是同有关的若干工序的工序尺寸公差相关联,这些公差的累积会引起工序加工余量的变动,使得加工中出现余量不足或过大现象。运用图表法去求解相关问题不仅能够解决上述问题,而且还能够使问题变得简单、明了且直观易懂,同时有助于利用计算机辅助设计去求解尺寸链。 In machining, for parts with more sizes in the same direction, more process benchmarks need to be changed many times, and more processing procedures, the relationship between the processes becomes quite complex.Two problems need to be solved urgently. The number of dimension chains established to ensure dimensional accuracy is more, and the search of dimension chains is more difficult and error-prone;and the process margin is not easy to be determined simply by looking up tables, but is related to the process dimension tolerances of some related processes.The accumulation of these tolerances will cause the change of process margin, and make the process margin insufficient or too large. Using graph method to solve related problems can not only solve the above thorny problems, but also make the problem simple, clear and more intuitive and easy to understand. At the same time, it is helpful to use computer-aided design to solve the dimension chain.
