摘要
本研究旨在通过对40所高校劳动教育实施方案文件进行文本内容的挖掘与分析,系统阐释了新时代高校劳动教育的实践样态。研究发现,新时代高校劳动教育实施呈现出劳动教育目标总体明确、劳动教育课程体系基本形成、劳动教育实践呈现多样化、劳动教育保障多方参与、劳动教育评价机制逐步建立的基本特征;其逻辑理路可归纳为以劳动实践为原点的生成逻辑、以劳动能力为导向的发展逻辑、以劳动人格为旨归的价值逻辑。展望未来,高校应继续立足于新时代发展需求,深化劳动教育改革与创新,切实提高劳动教育实效。
Through the content mining and analysis of labor education implementation documents of 40 colleges,this research summarizes the practice pattern of labor education in colleges in the new era.It is found that the implementation of labor education in colleges in the new era presents the basic characteristics of clear overall objectives,basic formation of curriculum system,diverse practice,multi-party participation and gradual establishment of evaluation mechanism;its logic compositions can be summarized as generative logic based on labor practice,development logic based on labor ability and value logic based on labor personality.Colleges should continue to be based on the development needs of the new era,deepen the reform and innovation of labor education,and effectively improve the effectiveness of labor education.
