NLRP3炎症体在肝脏疾病中的作用及研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 炎症体是由多种蛋白质组成的复合体,可感知体内刺激信号,激活促凋亡蛋白酶(Caspase)-1、Caspase-5等,进一步诱导白细胞介素(interleukin, IL)-18、IL-1β、IL-33等炎症因子的分泌,引发炎症反应。NLRP1、NLRP2、NLRP3、NLRC4、AIM2和NLRP6等是目前研究较为完善的炎症体。其中,针对NLRP3炎症体的研究更为广泛,并发现其参与了多种疾病的发生、发展,包括2型糖尿病。
