摘要
如何以产业变革为导向,创新大电类人才培养理念与模式,提升人才培养质量是落实国家发展战略并适应新一轮科技革命的关键。本文针对应用型本科院校大电类人才培养在适应社会需求上的问题与挑战,从三个要素展开模式创新——以交叉融合为引领,加强专业布局与发展;以新技术为核心,创新知识体系与课程内容;以多元协同育人为抓手,升级育人队伍与平台。该模式在上海工程技术大学电子电气工程学院落地实践,提升了办学质量及社会影响力,形成了良好的示范辐射作用。
How to take the industrial reform as guidance, innovating the training concept and mode of electrical and information talents, to improve the training quality of professional talents is the key to implement the national development strategy and adapt to the scientific and technological revolution. Aiming at the problems and challenges to meet the needs of society in the process of electrical and information talents cultivation in applied undergraduate colleges, this paper proposes new model from three ways: strengthening the layout and development of majors under the guidance of cross integration;innovating knowledge system and content from new technology prospective;focusing on diversified collaborative education, upgrade the education team and platform. Teaching quality and social influence are greatly improved after practicing this new model in School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, SUES, which form a good demonstration radiation effect.
