摘要
高校辅导员和专业课教师是高校育人的中坚力量。新形势下高校应构建辅导员与专业课教师协同育人长效机制,充分发挥这两支育人队伍的作用,促进二者形成协同育人共识、形成育人合力,提升协同育人效果。
College counselors and teachers of specialized courses are the backbone of college education.Under the new situation,colleges should build a long-term cooperative education mechanism between counselors and teachers of specialized courses,give full play to the role of the two education teams,promote the two to reach a consensus of cooperative education,form a synergy of education and enhance the comprehensive quality of college students.
