摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对“双减”政策下中小学课后延时体育服务开展的现状和困境进行分析,并提出对策。“双减”政策下我国课后延时体育服务开展的现状:以点带面,高度普及;树优扶劣,成效显著。开展困境:主体创新能力不足,服务内容单一;家校社联动不足,缺乏明晰工作机制;主体供给能力不足,缺乏服务支撑保障;服务监管缺位,评价反馈机制不完善;育人共识薄弱,减负氛围提升困难。开展对策:聚焦“育人模式”,坚持挖潜创新;聚焦“育人链接”,强化组织保障;聚焦“育人阵地”,统筹整合资源;聚焦“育人环境”,健全监管机制;聚焦“育人共识”,营造减负氛围。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzed the current situation and dilemma of after-school sports services in primary and secondary schools under the policy of double reduction, and put forward countermeasures. The current situation of afterschool sports services in China under the policy of double reduction is to achieve a high level of popularity with points and areas, and to support the poor with excellent, and achieving remarkable results. Development dilemma: The subject innovation ability is insufficient and the service content is single, the home, school and social linkage is insufficient and lack of clear working mechanism, the subject supply capacity is insufficient and lack of service support guarantee, the service supervision is absent and evaluation feedback mechanism is imperfect, and the education consensus is weak and the burden reduction atmosphere is difficult to improve. Countermeasures: We should focus on education mode to adhere to exploration and innovation, focus on education link to strengthen organizational guarantee, focus on educational position to coordinate and integrate resources, focus on the education environment to improve the supervision mechanism, and focus on education consensus to create a burden reduction atmosphere.
