摘要
针对大型装备系统在装船施工过程中的现场通风环境问题,基于施工现场通风系统的运行效果,从动力配置、风道走向、换气效果、设备管理、历史安全和安监管理6个维度开展影响因素分解,运用AHP层次分析方法形成了环境效果的安全评价指标体系,并结合专家打分和矩阵解算实现指标的权重赋值,实现了对大型装备系统装船施工中现场通风环境安全的量化评价。
The on-site ventilation environment problems of large-scale equipment system in the process of ship loading construction are studied. In view of the operation effect of the ventilation system on the construction site, the influence factors are decomposed from six dimensions, including power configuration, air duct direction, ventilation effect, equipment management, historical safety and safety supervision management. The AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to form the safety evaluation index system of environmental effect,Combined with expert scoring and matrix solution to achieve the weight assignment of the indicators, the quantitative evaluation of the safety of the ventilation environment on the site in the ship loading construction of large equipment system is realized.
