摘要
煤矿透水事故是地下矿井中最常见、最严重的事故之一。为研究煤矿水害的安全状况,提出了熵值法-突变理论并对陕西某煤矿的矿井透水安全状态进行评价。基于安全管理四因素理论,从人的因素、物的因素、环境因素和管理因素4个方面,建立了17个评价指标的煤矿透水安全评价指标体系。首先通过熵值法计算各个指标的权重并排序,其次使用突变理论计算中间层指标的突变隶属值,最后计算得出系统总突变隶属值。由于传统突变评价的评价值过高,因此运用数据拟合方法对突变理论评价方法作出改进。结果表明:运用熵值法-突变理论的初始计算结果为0.913,数据拟合改进后的结果为0.565。煤矿透水安全评价等级为Ⅲ级,即待评煤矿的透水安全状态为一般安全,评价结果与煤矿实际情况基本一致,表明基于熵值法-突变理论的安全评价方法适用于煤矿透水安全评价。
Coal mine flooding accident is one of the most common and serious accidents in underground mines.In order to study the safety status of coal mine water hazards,the entropy method-catastrophe theory is proposed to evaluate the safety status of mine water penetration in a coal mine in Shaanxi.Based on the four factors theory of safety management,a coal mine water penetration safety evaluation index system with 17 evaluation indexes has been established from four aspects of human factors,physical factors,environmental factors and management factors.Firstly,the entropy method is used to calculate the weight of each index and rank.Secondly,the catastrophe theory is chosen to calculate the catastrophe membership value of the middle-level index.Finally,the total catastrophe membership value of the system is calculated.Because the value of traditional mutation evaluation is too high,the data fitting method is chosen to improve the mutation theory evaluation method.The results show that the initial calculation result by entropy method-catastrophe theory is 0.913,and the improved data fitting result is 0.565.According to the coal mine water penetration safety evaluation grade as III,that is,the water penetration safety status of the coal mine to be evaluated is general safety,and the evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation of the coal mine,which shows that the safety evaluation method based on the entropy method-catastrophe theory is suitable for coal mine water penetration safety evaluation.
