摘要
目的探讨多西他赛联合硫酸长春地辛治疗卵巢癌的价值。方法选取80例卵巢癌患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组给予多西他赛治疗,研究组给予多西他赛联合硫酸长春地辛治疗。比较两组治疗效果和卵巢血流参数。结果研究组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵巢血流参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组最小血流速度(Vmin)、最小血流量(Qmin)、脑血管动态阻力(DR)高于对照组,脑血管阻力(R)、脉搏波波速(WV)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西他赛联合硫酸长春地辛治疗卵巢癌效果显著,能够改善对患者的卵巢功能,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the value of docetaxel combined with vindesine sulfate in the treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with ovarian cancer were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with docetaxel,and the study group was treated with docetaxel combined with vindesine sulfate.The therapeutic effects and ovarian blood flow parameters were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ovarian blood flow parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the minimum blood flow velocity(Vmin),minimum blood flow(Qmin)and cerebrovascular dynamic resistance(DR)in the study group were higher In the control group,cerebrovascular resistance(R)and pulse wave velocity(WV)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Docetaxel combined with vindesine sulfate has a significant effect in the treatment of ovarian cancer,can improve the ovarian function of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
