摘要
目的:探究多西他赛联合洛铂在晚期卵巢癌中的疗效及对凋亡相关因子表达的影响。方法:选取2016年10月-2020年3月本院的80例晚期卵巢癌患者为研究对象。将患者随机分为对照组(多西他赛联合顺铂)和观察组(多西他赛联合洛铂),每组40例。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、治疗前后的凋亡相关因子表达水平。结果:观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、白细胞下降、血小板下降、血红蛋白减少的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的凋亡相关因子表达水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1、2、3个疗程后,观察组的凋亡相关因子表达水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多西他赛联合洛铂在晚期卵巢癌中的疗效较好,安全性较高,且可显著凋亡相关因子表达情况,因此在晚期卵巢癌患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Docetaxel combined with Lobaplatin in the patients with advanced ovarian cancer and influence for the expression of apoptosis related factors.Method:A total of 80 patients with advanced ovarian cancer in our hospital from October 2016 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(Docetaxel combined with Cisplatin)and the observation group(Docetaxel combined with Lobaplatin),40 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the expression levels of apoptosis related factors before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting,leucopenia,thrombocytopenia and hemoglobinopenia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the expression levels of apoptosis related factors between two groups(P>0.05).After 1,2 and 3 courses of treatment,the expression levels of apoptosis related factors in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Docetaxel combined with Lobaplatin has good efficacy and safety in advanced ovarian cancer,and can significantly express apoptosis related factors,so it has high application value in advanced ovarian cancer patients.
