摘要
目的 探讨在皮肤科临床教学中研讨式教学法(Seminar)联合以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的应用效果。方法 选取2020年9月—2021年2月锦州医科大学2016级64名临床医学专业本科生作为研究对象,按随机排列法分为试验组(Seminar联合CBL教学组)32名学生和对照组(传统教学组)32名学生。通过教学效果问卷调查和教学考核成绩(专业理论知识和临床技能)综合评价教学效果。结果 试验组学生认为Seminar联合CBL教学法可激发学习热情、培养临床思维能力、提升临床科研潜能、提高医患沟通能力、强化团队协作能力,试验组学生对教学的满意度明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生教学考核成绩均显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Seminar联合CBL教学法能激发学生学习热情、显著提高皮肤科临床医师的综合素质和医学潜质。
Objective To discuss the applied effect of Seminar combined with CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of dermatology. Methods 64 clinical medical undergraduates of Jinzhou Medical University from September 2020 to February 2021 were assigned to experimental group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases)according to random permutation method. The teaching effect was evaluated comprehensively according to the teaching effect questionnaire survey and the teaching assessment results(professional theoretical knowledge and clinical skills). Results The students in experimental group believed that Seminar combined with CBL teaching method could stimulate learning interest, improve the clinical improve clinical thinking ability, cultivate the clinical thinking ability, improve the clinical communication ability,enhance the sense of teamwork(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of students in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The teaching assessment results in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Seminar combined with CBL teaching method could dramatically stimulate the interest in learning, and improve teaching quality and comprehensive ability of medical students.
