PBL+CBL教学法结合3D电解剖模型在心律失常临床教学中应用

摘要 目的:探讨PBL+CBL教学法结合3D电解剖模型在心律失常临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选择某医科大学2016级临床医学本科专业60名学生,随机均分为两组,实验组采用PBL+CBL教学法结合3D电解剖模型授课,对照组采用传统教学模式授课,依据教学反馈问卷调查和理论考试评估教学效果。结果:实验组学生对教学的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生理论考试成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL+CBL教学法结合3D电解剖模型教学对提高心律失常临床教学效果具有显著优势。 Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL+CBL teaching method combined with 3D electroanatomical model in clinical teaching of arrhythmia.Methods:sixty clinical medicine majors,class of 2016,from a medical university were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,the experimental group was taught by PBL+CBL teaching method combined with 3D electroanatomical model,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching mode.The teaching effect was assessed based on teaching feedback questionnaires and theoretical examinations.Results:The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Theoretical test scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL+CBL teaching method combined with 3D electroanatomical model has significant advantages in improving the clinical teaching effect of arrhythmia.
