摘要
目的:探讨传统教学、问题导向教学(LBL)及讲座式教学(PBL)在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法:选择在安徽省立医院神经内科参加住院医师规范化培训的住培生75人,平均分为对照组、LBL组及PBL组,进行8周的临床教学,通过出科考核及问卷调查两种方式评价教学效果。结果:PBL组的教学模式评价及出科考试成绩较对照组、LBL组均有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),LBL组的临床诊断思维(P=0.73)、理论联系实践(P=0.20)、团队合作能力(P=0.31)、体格检查(P=0.73)及诊疗计划(P=0.30)成绩较对照组均无统计学差异。结论:PBL组和LBL组教学模式评价及出科考试成绩均明显高于对照组,PBL教学对神经内科住培生接受知识、掌握知识并运用知识方面较LBL教学、传统教学有较大优势。
Objective:Investigate the application of conventional teaching, PBL and LBL for residents standardized training of neurological department. Methods:75 residents accepted by the program of residents standardized training in neurological department of Anhui Provincial Hospital were selected, which were randomly divided into the control group, LBL group and PBL group. Exiting test and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching efficiency after 8 weeks training. Results:The scores of exiting test and questionnaire survey in PBL group were significantly higher than the control group and LBL group(P<0.01), there were no significant in the scores of the clinical thinking(P=0.73), the theory with practice(P=0.20), the team-work ability(P=0.31),the physical examination(P=0.73)and the diagnosis and treatment plan(P=0.30) between LBL group and the control group. Conclusions:Neurological residents in PBL group and LBL group have a higher score in the exiting test and questionnaire survey compared to the control group, and PBL was obviously superior to LBL and the control group in acquisition, mastery and application of knowledge.
