摘要
兽用抗生素在畜禽养殖行业的不合理使用导致抗生素抗性基因(antibiotic resistance genes,ARGs)在农业环境中广泛传播,严重危胁人类健康及生态安全。畜禽源四环素类抗生素降解难、残留重等问题严重困扰着畜牧业的可持续发展。因此,文章综述了四环素类抗性基因(tetracycline resist⁃ance genes,TRGs)的类别、在畜禽粪便中的残留情况,在农业环境中的传播途径、传播方式,以及细菌自身系统、环境胁迫因子和可移动遗传元件等影响基因水平传播的因素,以期为有效防控畜禽源四环素类抗生素抗性基因在农业环境中的传播提供参考。
Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)were widely spread in agricultural environment due to the unreasonable use of antibiotic in live⁃stock and poultry breeding industry,which seriously threatened human health and ecological security.The problems such as difficult degrada⁃tion and heavy residue of tetracycline antibiotics from livestock and poultry have seriously troubled the sustainable development of animal hus⁃bandry.Therefore,this paper summarized the tetracycline resistance genes and their residues in livestock manure,and explained their transmis⁃sion routes and modes in agricultural environment,as well as the factors that affected horizontal transmission,such as bacterial autoimmune sys⁃tem,environmental stress factors and mobile genetic elements,in order to provide reference for the effective prevention and control of tetracy⁃cline resistance genes in agricultural environment.
