摘要
为研究高温堆肥对病死鸡中抗生素抗性基因的影响,有效遏制动物源性有机废弃物内抗性基因对环境的污染,做到无污染排放,笔者采用荧光定量PCR对7种四环素类抗性基因(tet A、tet E、tet M、tet O、tet Q、tet W、tet X)在堆肥过程中的动态变化进行了定量研究。结果表明,堆肥结束时,7种四环素抗性基因的丰度均比堆肥前低,除tet A和tet X的丰度降低了一个数量级外,其他抗性基因的变化范围不超过一个数量级,说明堆肥处理对病死鸡中四环素抗性基因的削减作用有限。
In order to study the effect of thermophilic composting on tetracycline antibiotic resistance genes in dead Chickens, effectively suppress the environmental pollution of the antibiotic resistance genes in the organic waste, and achieve pollution-free discharge. This experiment uses real-time PCR to test seven tetracyclines. The dynamic changes of sex genes (tetA, tetE, tetM, tetO, tetQ, tetW, tetX) during composting were quantitatively studied. The resμLts showed thatthe abundance of seven tetracycline resistance genes at the end of composting was lower than that before composting, except that the abundance of tetA and tetX was reduced by an order of magni-tude , and the variation range of other resistance genes was no more than one order of magnitude, which revealed that tetracycline resis- tancegenes in in dead chicken cannot be reduced dramatically after composting.
