摘要
目的:研究远志地上部分乙酸乙酯层的化学成分。方法:采用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱和高效液相色谱等分离方法对远志地上部分乙酸乙酯萃取层进行分离纯化,运用核磁共振波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从远志地上部分乙酸乙酯层分离并鉴定出13个化合物,分别为:(-)-梣皮树脂醇(1)、(+)-松脂素(2)、丁香脂素(3)、罗汉松脂素(4)、1,7-二羟基[口山]酮(5)、2,3,4,7-四甲氧基[口山]酮(6)、1,2,3,6,7-五甲氧基[口山]酮(7)、1,2,7-三羟基-3-甲氧基[口山]酮(8)、去氢催吐萝芙木醇(9)、黑麦草内酯(10)、3-吲哚甲醛(11)、3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(12)和ethyl sinapate(13)。结论:其中,化合物4、9~13为首次从远志科植物中分离得到,化合物1~3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate layer of aerial parts of Polygala tenuifolia.Methods: The ethyl acetate layer of aerial parts of Polygala tenuifolia was isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS column chromatography, HPLC and other separation techniques.The structures of these compounds were identified by NMR and other spectroscopic techniques.Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer of aerial parts of Polygala tenuifolia and identified as(-)-medioresinol(1),(+)-pinoresinol(2),syringaresinol(3),matairesinol(4),euxanthone(5),2,3,4,7-tertramethoxyxanthone(6),1,2,3,6,7-pentamethoxyxanthone(7),1,2,7-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone(8),dehydrovomifoliol(9),loliolide(10),1 H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde(11),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(12),ethyl sinapate(13),respectively.Conclusion: Among them, compounds 4,9 to 13 are isolated from Polygalaceae for the first time, compounds 1 to 3 are isolated from Polygala tenuifolia for the first time.
