摘要
目的:对采自中国南海的石珊瑚Tubastraeasp.的化学成分进行研究,从中寻找有生物活性的次生代谢产物。方法:用硅胶柱层析和凝胶柱层析对石珊瑚Tubastraeasp.的乙醚提取物进行分离纯化;根据其化学性质,结合现代波谱技术(MS,NMR等)并与文献报道的化合物数据相比较,对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到5个具有aplysinopsin骨架的生物碱类似物,其结构分别鉴定为:2-′de--Nmethylaplysinopsin(1),(Z)-3-′deimino-2′,4-′bis(demethyl)-3-′oxoaplysinopsin(2),(Z)-6-bromo-3-′deimino-2′,4-′bis(demethyl)-3′-oxoaplysinopsin(3),(E)-6-bromo-2-′demethylaplysinopsin(4)及(E)-2-′demethylaplysinopsin(5)。结论:这是对中国Tubastraea属石珊瑚化学成分的首次研究,化合物1,4及5系首次从该属珊瑚中分离得到。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the stony coral Tubastraea sp., aiming at searching for new bioactive substances. METHOD: The E120 extract of Tubastraea sp. was subjected to repeated column chromatography on gel and silica gel to afford five pure compounds (1 - 5). The structures were determined on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the data reported in literature. RESULTS: The five known compounds were isolated and identified as aplysinopsin-type alkaloids, 2′-de-N- methylaplysinopsin (1), ( Z)-3′-deimino-2′, 4′-his ( demethyl)-3′-oxoaplysinopsin (2), ( Z)-6-bromo-3′-deimino-2′, 4′- bis ( demethyl)- 3′-oxoaplysinopsin ( 3 ), ( E )-6-bromo-2′-demethylaplysinopsin ( 4 ) and ( E )-2′-demethylaplysinopsin ( 5 ), respectively. CONCLUSION: This is the first report of chemical studies on the Chinese species of genus Tubastraea. Compounds 1, 4 and 5 are isolated from genus Tubastraea for the first time.
