一种保健食品中非靶向非法添加物质的发现路径

摘要 目的通过实验室自建数据库和网络数据的搜索分析,提供一种新的非法添加物质发现的方式。方法利用液相色谱质谱联用,对复配产品进行检测,利用质谱数据库和网络数据库的交互印证,进行产品中疑似物质的确证分析。结果在一个产品中发现可能存在琥珀苯呋地尔,一级和二级质谱结果证明存在该结构的可能性,通过在相关数据库的搜索,印证了琥珀苯呋地尔的存在。结论网络时代存在大量的数据信息,结合实验信息和网络数据信息,可以为物质的确证提供一种新的解析途径,可以为非靶向非法添加物质的筛查提供新的路径。 Objective To recommend a new method for the discovery of illegal substances by searching and analyzing the database built by our laboratory and network data.Methods The compound products were detected by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry,while the suspected substances in the products were confirmed via the interactive verification by the mass spectrometry database and network databases。Results The possible presence of benfurodil hemisuccinate was detected in one product,and the possibility of the existence of this structure was confirmed by the results of primary and secondary mass spectrometry。The existence of benfurodil hemisuccinate was confirmed by searching the related databases。Conclusion In the era of the Internet,there is a large amount of data information.The combination of experimental information and network data information can provide a new analytical approach to the confirmation of substances,and open a new route for the screening and discovery of non-targeted illegal substances.
