摘要
城市眺望系统规划作为一种以城市整体尺度景观形态与视点互动关系为研究对象的规划设计类型,为城市眺望系统的形成与发展奠定了规划基础,使城市眺望系统成为城市形象展示的重要窗口。文章以《厦门市眺望系统规划》为例,详细阐述了城市眺望系统规划的途径与方法—确定景观眺望的系统结构、确立形态量化的解析途径、建构规划设计的导控框架和融入开发控制的管理程序,明确了城市眺望系统规划的基础研究、关键技术、主要内容和成果形式,以期解决城市眺望景观的系统组织和整体优化难题。
City view planning deals with urban landscape in general and viewpoints interaction,sets a foundation for the development of city view system,and makes the system a vista of urban images.The approaches and methods of city view planning are elaborated based on the case of City View Planning in Xiamen.They include:the comprehensive framework,the analysis approach of morphological quantification,the planning guidance principle,and the management procedure of development control.Thus,the basic research,key technologies,main contents and results of city view planning can be defined.The systematic organization and comprehensive optimization of traditional methods are realized.
