摘要
保健食品作为一种特殊食品,具有调节机体的功能,其适宜于特定人群食用,不允许添加药物,但是在保健食品中非法添加药物的现象却屡见不鲜。SERS (surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy,表面增强拉曼技术)具有便捷、快速、准确、成本低等优点。综述了保健食品的现状及表面增强拉曼光谱技术在降血糖类、降压血类、缓解疲劳类、减肥类和改善睡眠类五类保健食品中非法添加检测中的应用,为进一步研究建立快速、准确、简便的保健食品中非法添加检测新方法提供理论参考,进而加强我国对保健食品质量安全的有效监管。
Health food as a kind of special food, has the function of regulating the body and is suitable for certain people to eat. Medicines are not allowed to be added to health food. However, illegal addition of medicines to health foods is not uncommon. Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy is convenient, fast, accurate and low cost. The present situation of health food and the application of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy in the detection of illegal additions in five types of health foods which are lowering blood sugar, lowering blood pressure, alleviating fatigue, losing weight, and improving sleep were reviewed in this paper. It provided a theoretical reference for further research to establish a fast, accurate and simple new method for detecting illegal additions in health foods, and then strengthened the effective supervision of health food quality and safety in China.
