摘要
骨缺损是口腔颌面部疾病常见的并发症,唇腭裂及慢性牙周炎等均可造成骨缺损,影响面部的功能及美观。而具备多向分化潜能和自我更新能力等良好生物学特性的牙髓干细胞(DPSC)的成骨分化潜能可为骨缺损的修复提供新思路,具有重要的临床转化价值。研究发现:DPSC的成骨分化受到多种因素的调控,通过向DP‐SC的培养体系中添加药物来诱导细胞的成骨分化是常用的方法之一。一方面,药物可以在体外诱导DPSC的成骨分化,另一方面可以将药物与DPSC在临床上联合应用,明确哪些药物对DPSC成骨分化具有促进作用,对其转化及应用具有重要的意义。本文就相关药物对DPSC成骨分化调控的研究进展进行综述,以期为DPSC在再生医学及临床应用方面的研究提供新的策略。
Bone defects are a common complication of oral and maxillofacial diseases.Cleft lip and palate and chronic periodontitis can cause bone defects and affect the function and beauty of the face.Dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)have good biological characteristics,such as multidirectional differentiation potential and self-renewal ability.Thus,they can provide a new idea for the repair of bone defects and have an important clinical-transformation value.This study found that the osteogenic differentiation of DPSCs was regulated by various factors.One of the most useful methods of inducing osteogenic differentiation of cells was by adding drugs to the culture system of DPSCs.On one hand,drugs can induce the osteogenic differentiation of DPSCs in vitro;on the other hand,drugs can be used in combination with DP‐SCs in the clinic.Clarifying which drugs can promote the osteogenic differentiation of DPSCs has significance for their transformations and applications.This thesis reviews the research progress of drugs associated with the regulation of os‐teogenic differentiation of DPSCs to provide a new strategy for research on DPSCs in regenerative medicine and clinical applications.
