摘要
本研究用不同浓度的NaCl和NaSO溶液处理7个野生一年生早熟禾(Poa annua L.)种子,通过测定种子萌发特性的变化,研究其萌发时的耐盐能力,以期为一年生早熟禾耐盐新品种的选育提供依据。结果表明,随着NaCl和NaSO胁迫浓度的增大,7个种质的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数和相对活力指数均逐渐降低,相对盐害率逐渐增大,且同一盐浓度胁迫对相对根长的抑制普遍强于相对芽长。一年生早熟禾(湟中)种子萌发时对盐溶液的耐性最强,且NaSO对一年生早熟禾种子萌发的抑制作用大于NaCl。隶属函数法综合评价显示,7个种质萌发期耐盐性强弱依次为:一年生早熟禾(湟中)>一年生早熟禾(甘州)>一年生早熟禾(永昌)>一年生早熟禾(安宁)>一年生早熟禾(天祝)>一年生早熟禾(凉州)>一年生早熟禾(秦州)。综上,一年生早熟禾(湟中)和一年生早熟禾(甘州)具有培育耐盐一年生早熟禾新品种的开发应用潜力。
In order to provide a basis for screening of salt-tolerant varieties of Poa annua L.,seeds of seven wild annual bluegrass(Poa annua L.)were treated with different concentrations of NaCl and NaSOduring germination and the germination performance of these varieties were recorded.Results indicated that with the increase of NaCl and NaSOconcentrations,the relative germination rate,relative germination potential,relative germination index,and relative vigor index of all the seven varieties were inhibited,while the relative salt damage rate increased gradually,and the same salt concentration stress generally inhibited the relative root length more strongly than the relative shoot length.The seeds of Poa annua(Huangzhong)had the strongest tolerance to salt stress,and the inhibitory effect of NaSOon the germination was stronger than that of NaCl.The comprehensive evaluation of the membership function method showed that the salt tolerance of these varieties was in the order:Poa annua(Huangzhong)>Poa annua(Ganzhou)>Poa annua(Yongchang)>Poa annua(Anning)>Poa annua(Tianzhu)>Poa annua(Liangzhou)>Poa annua(Qinzhou).The results of this work indicate that Poa annua(Huangzhong)and Poa annua(Ganzhou)have the potential to develop and cultivate new salt-tolerant Poa annua varieties.
