摘要
选取耐盐性不同的"宁杞5号""黑杞1号"1 a实生苗为试验材料,施加外源脱落酸及其人工合成同系物,对比不同缓解物质对混合盐胁迫处理期间两种枸杞的生理响应,阐明外源缓解物质对不同耐盐性枸杞的缓解机制.结果表明:外源脱落酸及其人工合成同系物处理有效降低了两种枸杞的丙二醛质量摩尔浓度,促进了脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的合成,提高了超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性,且小分子AMF4的缓解作用要明显优于其他处理.外源物质处理后,"宁杞5号"的渗透调节物质和抗氧化酶活性的增幅大于"黑杞1号",说明耐盐性相对较低的"宁杞5号"对外源脱落酸及其同系物更敏感,其缓解力度大于耐盐性相对较高的"黑杞1号".
To explore the mechanism of exogenous substance mitigating Lycium barbarum,we compared the physiological responses of two species of Lycium during mixed salt stress treatments by adding exogenous abscisic acid(ABA)and its synthetic homologues(AMFs:AMF,AMF2 and AMF4)to two salt-tolerant Lycium species,i.e.,the one-year seedling of"Ningqi No.5"and"Heiqi No.1".The results showed that the treatments of ABA and AMFs effectively reduced the malondialdehyde content of the two species of Lycium and promoted the accumulation of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein.They enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase.AMF4 treatment was significantly better than the control and other treatments.After exogenous substance treatment,the increase in the osmotic adjustment substances and the anti-oxidant enzyme activities of"Ningqi No.5"were greater than those of"Heiqi No.1",indicating that"Ningqi No.5"had a relatively low salt tolerance for ABA and its homologues were more sensitive and its relieving power greater than that of"Heiqi No.1",which had a relatively high salt tolerance.
