摘要
如何有效提高高等职业院校学生在专业能力、方法能力、社会能力方面的综合素养,缩小学生就业与社会需求的差距,实现就业的无缝对接,降低企业培训成本是当前高等职业本科教育面临的关键问题。高等职业本科教育相比于专科层次教育,教授知识范围更宽,更强调扎实的理论素养;而相比于普通本科又强调动手能力,更重视实践技能方面的培养。为此,针对本科职业教育的特殊性,本研究将以企业需求为牵引,以职大人才培养定位为依据,依托现有师资和教学条件,构建一套职业特色鲜明的课程建设思路和教学方法体系,该体系采用校企合作的模式,以理论教学为基础,实践教学为核心,充分体现课程教学内容的职业性。
How to effectively improve the comprehensive quality of Higher Vocational College Students in professional ability,method ability and social ability,narrow the gap between students’employment and social needs,realize the seamless connection of employment,and reduce the cost of enterprise training are the key problems of higher vocational undergraduate education.Compared with the junior college level education,the higher vocational undergraduate education has a wider range of knowledge and more emphasis on solid theoretical literacy;compared with the ordinary undergraduate,it emphasizes the practical ability and pays more attention to the cultivation of practical skills.To this end,in view of the particularity of vocational undergraduate education,this study will be guided by the needs of enterprises,based on the positioning of university personnel training,relying on the existing teachers and teaching conditions to build a set of curriculum construction ideas and teaching methods system with distinctive professional characteristics.The system adopts the mode of school enterprise cooperation,with theoretical teaching as the basis and practical teaching as the core,which fully embodies the professionalism of the teaching content.
