摘要
医学实验动物学教学内容涉及生物学、兽医学、生物工程、医学、药学等众多学科。实验动物是国家科技创新体系、科技成果转化和生物医药等行业发展的支撑条件,是创新型国家建设不可或缺的保障条件。如何在实验动物学教学过程中挖掘课程思政元素,有效融合课程思政,以“课程思政”的研究和创新理念切实有效地提升《医学实验动物学》的教学质量,是我们每位医学实验动物学一线教师和动物实验技术人员需要认真思考的问题。本文结合我们在理论和实践教学过程中的经验,通过讲授实验动物在生物医学研究中的贡献,尤其是在近年来暴发的新冠肺炎中的突出贡献以培养和激发学生的科研热情和创新思维;通过讲授我国人类疾病动物模型的创新构建及关键技术研发以提升学生的文化自信和民族自豪感;通过讲授动物福利及“3R”原则(减少、替代和优化)帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观和世界观,从而为国家培养适应新时代要求的生物医学创新型和拔尖人才打下坚实的基础。
Laboratory animal science refers to biology,veterinary medicine,bioengineering,medicine,pharmacy and many other disciplines.Laboratory animals are the supporting conditions for the development of the national scientific and technological innovation system,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the development of biomedicine and other industries.Moreover,laboratory animals are indispensable guarantee for the construction of innovative country.Therefore,how to effectively dig and integrate the innovative concept of course ideology and politics into the teaching process of Laboratory Animal Science is the key point for each front-line teacher,which needs to seriously think about it.In this paper,based on our experiences in the process of theoretical and practical teaching,we aim to culture students research enthusiasm and innovative thinking by giving a series of lectures related to the great contributions of experimental animals in scientific research,especially in the explosion of COVID-19.By teaching the innovative construction of animal models of human diseases and the development of key technologies in our country,to enhance students cultural confidence and national pride.By teaching animal welfare and 3R principles(Reduction,Replacement and Refinement)to help students establishing a correct outlook on life,values and world outlook.Through the efficient application of course ideology and politics during the teaching process of laboratory animal science,we will lay a solid foundation for cultivating innovative and top-notch talents in biomedicine in the near future.
