摘要 做好第三次全国国土调查工作,掌握真实准确的土地基础数据,是科学规划、合理利用,有效保护自然资源的基本前提。新疆三调省级核查监理系统运行一年多以来,使用运行情况较好,实现了省级对县级三调项目筹备、调查、成果管理等的全流程实时动态监管,极大提高了工作效率和成果质量。本文基于三调省级核查监理工作需求,结合《第三次全国国土调查技术规程》(TD/T 1055-2019)等相关技术规定,从系统设计思路、总体架构设计、软件架构设计、技术架构设计、部署架构设计、数据安全设计、软件平台选型等七个方面,对系统总体设计思路进行介绍和阐述,旨在为第三次全国国土调查和相关大型工程类项目管理系统的研发提供参考。 The real and accurate land basic data is the basic premise of scientific planning, rational utilization and effective protection of natural resources in the third national land survey. The provincial verification and supervision system has been running for more than a year in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region. It has realized the whole process real-time dynamic supervision of the preparation, investigation, database construction, internal and external verification, proof, supervision and achievement management of the county-level land survey projects. It greatly improves the work efficiency and quality of the whole project. This paper based on the third national land survey provincial verification and supervision work requirements, combined with the technical regulations of the third national land survey(TD/T 1055-2019), etc., introduces and elaborates the overall design idea of the system in detail, from the system design ideas, overall architecture design, software architecture design, technical architecture design, deployment architecture design, data security design, software platform selection, etc. The purpose is to provide reference for the third national land survey and the development of similar large-scale engineering project management system.
