摘要
为推进防雷安全监管信息化,强化跟踪检查、执法监督,基于高德GIS服务,以.NET Framework 4.0和机遇Android为开发框架,并结合防雷安全监管规定及业务流程,构建集企业管理、安全监管、行政执法、GIS服务、数据分析一体化的智能管理系统,实现防雷安全监管执法信息实时采集与上报、定位与导航、可视化查询与输出、轨迹记录、档案管理、统计分析等功能。系统在广西河池市防雷安全管理领域投入业务应用,实现对各单位防雷安全实时动态监管,有效提升防雷安全监管效率和科学管理水平。
In order to promote the informatization of lightning protection safety supervision,strengthen the follow-up inspection and law enforcement supervision,based on the GIS service of Gaode,the.NET Framework 4.0 and opportunity Android as the development platform,combined with the business regulations and requirements of lightning protection and safety supervision,an integrated intelligent management system integrating enterprise management,safety supervision,administrative law enforcement,GIS services and data analysis was built,which realized the functions of real-time collection and reporting of lightning protection safety supervision and law enforcement information,positioning and navigation,visual query and output,track record,file management,statistical analysis,etc.The system was applied in the field of lightning protection and safety management in Hechi city,Guangxi province,and realized the real-time dynamic supervision of lightning protection and safety of all units,and effectively improved the efficiency and scientific management level of lightning protection and safety supervision.
