摘要
851份有关在校本科生自我情绪认知、自我情绪控制、自我激励、感知他人情绪和人际关系管理等情绪情感因素的情商测试结果,显示了当代大学生情商发展的一些新特点:文科学生的平均情商相对较低,进一步进行差异检验发现这与文科专业学生性别比例严重失调、文理分科成绩差异等因素关系密切。新文科建设必须重视情感教育,为了提高文科学生情商,促进新文科建设,应该在以下措施上下功夫:结合性别构成特色开展差别化教育;改进课程供给结构,吸引更多优秀学生;促进学生激情燃烧,降低慵懒心理倾向;营造和谐环境,助推弱势群体情感发展。
By conducting literature review,interview and questionnaire survey,851 undergraduate students were tested in terms of self-emotion cognition,self-emotion control,self-motivation,perception of other s emotion,and interpersonal relationship management.The results showed some new characteristics of the development of EQ of contemporary college students:The average EQ of liberal arts students was relatively low;further examination of the differences found that it was closely related to the serious imbalance of the gender ratio of liberal arts students,differences in grades in Liberal Arts and Sciences.In order to improve the emotional quotient of liberal arts students and promote the construction of new liberal arts,the following measures should be taken:Carrying out differential education with the characteristics of gender composition;improving the structure of curriculum supply to attract more excellent students;promoting students passion to reduce the tendency of lazy psychology;and creating a harmonious environment to promote the emotional development of disadvantaged students.
