潜水式切割泵水力设计与试验研究

摘要 介绍了潜水切割泵的工作原理与特点,结合实际案例阐述了WQ750SQG潜水切割泵传统相似换算设计与先进CFD仿真分析技术相结合方法,通过对样泵全性能试验验证了该设计方法的可行性。结果表明在水泵设计开发中,科学运用CFD仿真分析技术有助于提前预测电泵性能,降低了设计成本与开发周期,提高了设计成功率。 The working principle and characteristics of the submersible cutting pump are introduced.Combined with the actual case of the company,the method of combining the traditional similarity conversion design of the WQ750SQG submersible cutting pump with the advanced CFD simulation analysis technology is expounded.The feasibility of the design method is verified by the full performance test of the sample pump.The results show that for the design and development of pumps,the scientific use of CFD simulation analysis technology helps to predict the performance of electric pumps in advance,reduce the design cost and development cycle,and improve the design success rate.
