摘要 采用基于CFD数值模拟计算的方法研究叶轮叶片数和导叶叶片数对轴流泵水力性能的影响。对轴流泵的水力性能曲线进行数值计算并分析。结果表明,轴流泵的扬程随着叶轮叶片数的增加而增加,但并不是严格随着叶片的多少成比例升高,轴流泵效率随着叶轮叶片数的减小而增大,必需汽蚀余量随着叶轮叶片数的减小而增大。不同导叶叶片数下泵段扬程基本保持一致,说明导叶在进行配套设计完成后,单改叶片数对扬程影响很小,但是对效率影响较大,特别是大流量工况叶片数越多,效率越低。 The influence of impeller blade number and guide vane number on the hydraulic performance of axial flow pump was studied by CFD numerical simulation. The hydraulic performance curves of the axial flow pump are numerically calculated and analyzed. The results show that the head of the axial-flow pump increases with the increase of the number of impeller blades,but it is not strictly proportional to the number of blades. The efficiency of the axial-flow pump increases with the number of impeller blades. The required NPSH increases with the number of impeller blades,and the cavitation performance is the worst. The head of axial-flow pump of different blade number in the guide vane is basically the same,which indicates that the number of guide vane blades changes has little effect on the head after the matching design is completed,but the effect on the efficiency is large,especially in the large flow condition the more guide vane blades,the lower the efficiency.
