摘要
以GSP-22型无堵塞潜水磨碎泵为研究对象,为了得到磨碎装置对泵外特性的影响,对无堵塞潜水磨碎泵分别进行了加装磨碎装置和无磨碎装置的性能试验;并通过改变动静刀盘径向间隙,对不同动静刀盘径向间隙的无堵塞潜水磨碎泵进行了水力性能和磨碎效果试验研究,得到了动静刀盘径向间隙对磨碎泵水力性能和磨碎效果的影响规律。试验结果表明,加装磨碎装置会造成泵的扬程和效率降低,并使轴功率增加;增大动静刀盘径向间隙,扬程和效率增加,功率减小,但磨碎效果会随着动静刀盘径向间隙增大变差。
This paper chooses GSP-22 no-jamed submerge grinder pump as the study object, describes two performance experiments for a pump with grinding device and another pump without grinding device. By changing the radial clearam'e between moving and stationary cutter header, the impact of different radial clearance on the hydraulic performance and grinding effect was got. The cause for such influence was analyzed. The experiment results showed that the head and efficiency of the pump with grinding device decreased, whereas the shaft power enhanced. As the radial clearance between moving and stationary cutter head widen, the head and efficiency increased,the power decreased, however, the grinding effect became bad with the increase of radial clearance.
