检疫工作的开展是保证各项工作质量的重要方法和渠道,食品检验工作的进行是保障食品市场安全性的关键措施,也是提升市场品质的重要方法,而动物产地检疫,则是在畜禽牲畜离开饲养区域前所进行的检验检测,是各类疫情自养殖地进入市场的第一个拦截门槛。通过动物产地检疫工作的强化,能从根本上提升禽畜产品品质,保证其安全性。该文主要将畜产品质量安全水平的保证及控制作为出发点,进行动物产地检疫工作强化的分析,就现阶段产地检验工作存在的问题进行详细的介绍,并提出部分改进措施,以期通过产地检验工作的强化,为安全高质的畜产品供应提供支持和保障。
The development of quarantine work is an important method and channel to ensure the quality of work.The food inspection work is the key measure to ensure the safety of food market,and is also an important method to improve the quality of the market,animal origin quarantine,on the other hand,is the inspection of livestock and livestock before they leave the breeding area.It is the first stop threshold for all kinds of epidemic situations to enter the market from the self-breeding areas.The quality of poultry and livestock products can be improved and their safety can be guaranteed by the strengthening of animal origin quarantine.This article mainly takes the guarantee and control of the quality and safety level of animal products as the starting point,carries on the analysis of the animal origin quarantine work intensification,and introduces in detail the problems existing in the present origin inspection work,some improvement measures are put forward in order to provide support and guarantee for the supply of safe and high-quality livestock products through the strengthening of the inspection work at the place of origin.
