摘要
在高校全面推进课程思政建设的时代背景下,促进思政教育与专业教育融合已成为教育领域面临的现实课题。目前针对外交外事人才培养需求的体育课程思政研究不多。为高质量完成体育课程思政育人的任务,本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对奥林匹克融入外交外事人才思政教育的重要价值及发展对策进行系统研究。结果表明:新时代外交外事人才的素养需求与奥林匹克思政内涵有着密切联系。建议:坚持问题导向和目标导向的思政育人原则,提升学生学习的兴趣和自主性;不断创新体育课程融入奥林匹克思政内容的教学模式;继续加强理论研究,跨学校跨学科组建研究团队;重视多部门协同推进奥林匹克思政建设;进一步提升体育教师课程思政建设的意识和能力等。以此全方位推进奥林匹克思政在外交外事人才培养中发挥实效作用。
Against the background of advancing ideological and political education(IPE)within all curriculum of colleges and universities,facilitating the fusion of IPE with majors has become a realistic topic in the field of education.Yet,there is not much previous research on the IPE in physical education(P.E.)and sports courses specially for the cultivation demand of diplomacy and foreign affairs talents.For high-quality completion of the task of IPE in P.E.and sports curriculum,we had a systematic study of the important value and measures of fusion of the Olympics into the IPE of diplomacy and foreign affairs talents,using the methods of literature review and logical analysis.RESULTS:The quality requirements of diplomacy and foreign affairs talents in the new era are closely related to the connotation of Olympic IPE.SUGGESTIONS:We should adhere to question-oriented and goal-oriented IPE principle to enhance students'interest and autonomy in learning;we should constantly innovate the teaching mode of integrating Olympic IPE contents with P.E.and sports curriculum;we should continue to strengthen theoretical research and establish inter-college and trans-disciplinary research teams;we should stress inter-department coordination in fueling Olympic IPE building;We should further enhance the awareness and ability of P.E.and sports teachers for IPE in all curriculum,and promote the effectiveness of Olympic IPE in the cultivation of diplomacy and foreign affairs talents in an all-round way.
