摘要
本文通过对世界体育运动发展的历史与现实的研究，提出了体能文化的概念，论述了体能文化的国际化和民族性及其对人类社会政治、经济、文化和社会生活多方面的影响。文章指出，国际竞技体育运动是２０世纪以来人类社会生活全球化的先导，是当代世界各民族、各国家和平共处、平等参与、公平竞争机制实现程度最高的国际事务，是人类社会国际化进程中民族文化多样性实现整合的范例，是展望新世纪人类社会文明范式的着眼点。
This article puts fonvard the concept of physical ability culture through researches on the history and realities of athletic sports＇ development all over the world, and expounds the internationalization and the ethnicib of ph） sical ability culture, and their many aspects＇ influence upon human society＇s pomics, economy, culture and soc.ial life. The author points out that since the beginning of the 20th century international become the precursor of the globalization of human social life and athletic sports games have the international affairs in which the mechanism of peaceful eoexistanee and equal paxieipation of various ethnic groups, nationalities and nations all over the contemporary world have been realized to the ~＇eatest extent in the process of the human social life＇s internationalization, and thus supply us with a point of view to prospect the new century＇ s civilization pattern of the human society-. This artiete also points out the necessity and significance to undertake researches on athletic anthropology.
