摘要
探究无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis Leyss)在不同环境条件下的种子产量及构成因子的差异,了解其与环境因子的相关性,对筛选无芒雀麦优质种质资源及其种子生产具有重要意义。本研究将同一批种质资源在两种不同的环境条件下种植,通过相关性分析、聚类分析等方法对无芒雀麦种质资源进行分析,考察种子产量及构成因子。结果表明,小穗宽、小穗数等产量构成因子差异较大(P<0.05),其中,种子宽受气候地理因子影响显著。通过系统聚类,当欧式距离为7时,无芒雀麦种质资源可分为3个类群,其中类群Ⅱ为高产稳产类型。
To investigate the differences of seed yield and composition factors of Bromus inermis Leyss under different environmental conditions,and to understand the correlation between them and environmental factors,which would be important to screen the quality germplasm resources of Bromus inermis Leyss and its seed production.In this study,the correlation between seed yield and composition factors was investigated in Bromus inermis Leyss germplasm resources grown under two different environmental conditions.The results showed that yield composition factors such as spikelet width and spikelet number differed significantly(P<0.05),among which,the seed width was significantly influenced by climatic and geographical factors.By conducting a systematic clustering analysis,it was found that when the Euclidean distance was 7,the Bromus inermis Leyss germplasm resources could be divided into three taxa,with taxonⅡbeing the high-yielding and stable type.
