摘要
目的观察中药祛白汤剂联合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法将2020年10月至2021年8月我院收治的98例白癜风患者随机分为观察组及对照组各49例。对照组仅采用308 nm准分子激光治疗,观察组采用中药祛白汤剂联合308 nm准分子激光治疗,均持续治疗12周。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白斑面积小于对照组,白斑色素积分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率(4.08%vs.12.24%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药祛白汤剂联合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Qubai decoction combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods 98 patients with vitiligo admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with 308 nm excimer laser only,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Qubai decoction combined with 308 nm excimer laser.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.88%,higher than 79.59%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the leukoplakia area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the leukoplakia pigment score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(4.08%vs.12.24%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine Qubai decoction combined with 308 nm excimer laser is safe and effective in the treatment of vitiligo,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
