摘要
目的分析面部白癜风进行308 nm准分子光和308 nm SQ LED光治疗的临床效果及安全性研究。方法临床选择南阳市中心医院2020年1月至2021年4月收入院诊治的122例面部白癜风患者,根据随机对照法分组,分为研究组(N=61)、对照组(N=61),对照组进行308 nm准分子光照射疗法,研究组进行308 nm SQ LED光照射疗法,两组均治疗3个月。分析两组治疗后的临床效果;分析两组面部不同部位治疗8次、治疗16次的复色评分。分析两组治疗后的不良反应情况。结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗后的临床有效率显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗8次相比,两组治疗16次的复色评分均有增高,但与对照组相比,研究组治疗16次的复色评分显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组发生水疱、轻度瘙痒、边缘性红斑等不良反应显著减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部白癜风进行308 nm SQ LED光照射疗法,临床效果明确,不良反应较少,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects and safety of 308 nm SQ LED light therapy and 308 nm excimer light irradiation on the treatment of facial leucoderma.Methods A total of 122 facial leucoderma patients treated in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected.According to the randomized control method,patients were assigned to control group(N=61,308 nm excimer light irradiation)and the study group(N=61,308 nm SQ LED light therapy).All of the patients were treated for 3 months.The clinical effects,color recovery scores of the different facial sites upon the 8th and 16th of treatment,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The color recovery scores on the 16th of treatment for the two groups were higher than those upon the 8th of treatment,the color recovery scores upon 16th of treatment in the study group were higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The occurrences of adverse reactions like a blister,mild pruritus and erythema marginatum in the study group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The 308 nm SQ LED light therapy can better increase the clinical effects and reduce the adverse reactions for facial leucoderma patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
