摘要
目的 探讨在妇科单孔腹腔镜手术中,予以患者综合护理措施的临床疗效。方法 本文研究对象为单孔腹腔镜手术患者,以随机数字表法为依据分组,将样本(48例患者)分为两组,24例作为对照组(接受常护理),另24例为观察组(接受综合护理联合常规护理措施)。两组均护理14 d。比较两组护理前、护理后各项指标。结果 观察组手术时间、卧床时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组;与护理前相比,护理后两组SDS评分、SAS评分均降低,观察组均低于对照组;相比对照组护理期间并发症发生率,观察组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对妇科单孔腹腔镜手术患者,予以综合护理措施可有效改善患者的围手术期指标,缩短术后康复时间,缓解焦虑抑郁状态,减少并发症的发生,应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing measures for patients in gynecological single-port laparoscopic surgery. Methods The subjects of this study were patients undergoing single-port laparoscopic surgery.The samples(48 patients) were divided into two groups based on the random number table method, 24 cases were the control group(receiving regular nursing), and the other 24 cases were the observation group( receive general nursing care combined with routine nursing measures). Both groups were nursed for 14 days. The indicators before and after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The perioperative time, bed rest time, postoperative anal exhaust time, and hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group;compared with before nursing, the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased after nursing. Compared with the control group,the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group;during the nursing period, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing measures in gynecological single-hole laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the perioperative indicators of patients, shorten the postoperative recovery time, relieve anxiety and depression, and reduce the occurrence of complications. The application effect is remarkable.
