摘要
目的评价优质护理干预在妇科病房护理中的实施价值,为妇科护理工作的开展加以参考。方法选择我院2016年2~10月妇科132例住院患者,随机分为采取常规护理的对照组以及联合实施优质护理的实验组,每组66例。对比两组妇科住院患者护理工作满意度、护理工作质量评分以及护理前后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分。结果护理前两组妇科患者情绪评分差异不明显(P>0.05)。护理后,实验组情绪评分优于对照组,且实验组护理满意度、护理质量评分均高于对照组。结论在常规护理基础上行优质护理干预可以提高妇科住院患者的护理满意度、改善消极情绪、提高护理工作质量,使被动护理转变为主动护理,有推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the implementation value of quality nursing intervention in gynecological ward nurs- ing, so as to provide reference for gynecological nursing work. Methods 132 cases of hospitalized patients were select- ed in our hospital from February to October 2016, and they were randomly divided into control group receiving routine nursing care and experimental group receiving combined quality nursing, with 66 patients in each group. Patients" sat- isfaction with nursing, nursing quality scores and scores of anxiety and depression before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups of hospitalized patients in gynecology department. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of gynecological patients before nursing between the two groups(P〉0.05). After nursing, the emo- tion score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the satisfaction with nursing and nursing quality scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care can improve the nursing satisfaction of gynecological inpatients, im- prove the negative emotions, improve the quality of nursing work, and make the passive nursing into active nursing, which is worthy of promoting value.
