摘要
目的:探究经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗附件良性病变年轻患者的临床效果。方法:选择103例妇科附件良性病变患者,随机分为观察组53例和对照组50例,观察组行均经脐单孔腹腔镜手术,对照组行传统腹腔镜妇科手术,比较两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间较对照组长(P <0. 05),观察组术中出血量、排气时间、住院时间、术后复发率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组术后瘢痕情况优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:脐单孔腹腔镜手术取得的治疗效果与传统腹腔镜妇科手术效果相同,但脐单孔腹腔镜手术有更好的美容效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery on young patients with benign adnexal lesions.Methods:103patients with benign adnexal lesions were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group(n=53cases)and the control group(n=50cases).The observation group underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery while the control group underwent conventional laparoscopic gynecologic surgery,with the operative effects of the two groups compared.Results:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in the bleeding volume,exhaust time,hospitalization time and postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Postoperative scar status in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery is the same as that of traditional laparoscopic gynecological surgery.However,transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery has better cosmetic effect.
