摘要
国际中文教师教育一直是国际中文教育界讨论的热点问题之一。不同历史时期,呈现出不同的特征。中华人民共和国成立前国际中文教师教育以零星满足对象国的中文教学为导向,20世纪50年代以中文预备教育为主导,60年代主要是进修培训式的师资储备,70年代开始学历型中文师资教育,80年代开启专门化培养模式,90年代探索教师资格制度,21世纪初加强能力取向的教师认证,近年来则进一步加快海外中文教师教育发展,促进教师教育专业化和职业化,加强标准取向的教师能力建设。在此基础上,形成了附庸导向工具式、中文+外语导向预备式、制度导向“请进来”式、标准导向“走出去”式四大演进范式,对提升新时代国际中文教师质量、助力国际中文教育可持续高质量发展具有现实价值。
International Chinese teacher education has always been one of the trendy topics in the international Chinese education community.Different historical periods show different characteristics.Through a study of the evolution of international Chinese teacher education in the past century,it is found that before 1949,the international Chinese teacher education was oriented to meet the sporadic needs of Chinese teaching in the target countries.In the 1950s,it was dominated by Chinese preparatory education.In the 1960s,it was mainly a training⁃type teacher preparation.In the 1970s,academic Chinese teacher education began.In the 1980s,the training became more specialized.In the 1990s,the teacher qualification system was explored.At the beginning of 21st century,the competence⁃oriented teacher certification was stressed.In recent years,overseas Chinese teacher education has been further accelerated to promote the specialization and professionalization of teacher education and strengthen the standard⁃oriented teacher capacity.On this basis,international Chinese teachers fall into four evolution paradigms:instrumental type as dependency,preparatory type with Chinese and foreign language proficiency,institutional inviting⁃in and standard⁃oriented going⁃out.They are of practical value for improving the quality of international Chinese teachers in the new era and boosting the sustainable and high⁃quality development of international Chinese education.
