摘要
目的探究分析预防接种中安全预防接种护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2020年2月至2022年6月收治的行预防接种的儿童100例作为研究对象,对照组常规护理,研究组实施安全预防接种护理,分析两组患者时效标准、家属满意度、依从率、不良反应。结果研究组接种者核对信息时间、预防接种前准备时间及预防接种时间等各项时效标准均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属满意度、依从率为96.00%(48/50)、98.00%(49/50),对照组82.00%(41/50)、84.00%(42/50),差异显著(P<0.05);研究组不良反应率为8.00%(4/50),对照组为22.00%(11/50),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在儿童预防接种过程中,通过实施安全预防接种护理,可降低应激反应,提高家属满意度,减少接种时间,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of safe vaccination nursing in vaccination.Methods A total of 100 children who were vaccinated in our hospital from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.The control group received routine care,and the study group received safe vaccination care.The timeliness standard,family satisfaction,adherence rate,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The time of checking information,preparation time before vaccination and vaccination time in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction and adherence rate of family members in the study group were 96.00%(48/50)and 98.00%(49/50),while those in the control group were 82.00%(41/50)and 84.00%(42/50),with significant difference(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the study group was 8.00%(4/50),while that in the control group was 22.00%(11/50),with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of children's vaccination,the implementation of safe vaccination nursing can reduce the stress reaction,improve the satisfaction of family members,and reduce the vaccination time,which has high application value.
