摘要
目的探究宫颈癌放化疗患者应用整合式心理护理的效果。方法本次总计筛选出102例宫颈癌患者为对象,均为2021年8月至2022年8月在本院进行放化疗,根据入院日期单双号分为试验组和对照组,各51例,分别实施整合式心理护理和常规放化疗护理,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果试验组心理健康状况(SCL-90)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与他人保持亲密关系、采取积极行动、积极的生活态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组积极态度构成比高于对照组,分别为96.08%和72.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量(QLQ-C30)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,分别为94.12%和80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌在放化疗期间接受整合式心理护理,有助于提高患者心理健康度和生活质量,使其恢复积极的态度。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated psychological nursing in patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 102 cervical cancer patients were selected as the objects,all of whom were treated with chemoradiotherapy in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022.According to the odd-even number of admission date,they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group,with 51 patients in each group.Results The mental health status(SCL-90)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).The scores of maintaining close relationship with others,taking positive actions and positive attitude towards life in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The composition ratio of positive attitude in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(96.08%and 72.55%,respectively),and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).The quality of life(QLQ-C30)score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(94.12%and 80.39%,respectively),and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).Conclusion Receiving integrated psychological nursing during radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer is helpful to improve patients'mental health and quality of life,and restore positive attitude,which is worth promoting.
