摘要
目的中晚期宫颈癌放化疗护理期间应用健康教育的临床效果分析。方法将2019年2月-2020年6月作为研究时间区间,选取88例中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施行常规护理+健康教育,观察比较两组患者健康教育知识知晓情况、并发症发生情况以及生活质量水平。结果健康教育知识知晓情况评分观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。放射性膀胱炎、放射性直肠炎等并发症发生率观察组显著低于对照组,差异突出具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量评价指标观察组均高于对照组,差异突出具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异突出具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。焦虑评分和抑郁评分护理前比较差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后比较焦虑评分和抑郁评分,观察组均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异突出具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中晚期宫颈癌放化疗护理期间应用健康教育的临床效果突出,利于生活质量的改善,安全性较高,可有效促使健康教育知识知晓情况提升,建议临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of health education during radiotherapy and chemotherapy nursing of advanced cervical cancer.Methods The paper chose 88 patients with advanced cervical cancer from February 2019 to June 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with routine nursing+health education.Awareness of health education knowledge,complications incidence and life quality level between two was observed and compared.Results Scores of health education knowledge awareness in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications of radiation cystitis and radiation proctitis in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Evaluation indexes of life quality[material life,social function,physical health,psychological function,etc.]in observation group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(81.82%,95.45%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between anxiety scores and depression scores before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,anxiety scores and depression scores in observation group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can achieve significant clinical effect for advanced cervical cancer during radiotherapy and chemotherapy nursing,can improve life quality with high safety,promote awareness of health education knowledge effectively,which is recommended to be promoted in clinical practice.
