摘要
20世纪,我国兴起了两次“太平洋问题热”或曰“太平洋热”。一次是在20世纪二三十年代,一次是在20世纪八九十年代。两次“太平洋热”是在不同历史背景下兴起的,有显著不同的内容和形式,也有某些关联和延续性。两次“太平洋热”都是由现实需要引发的社会关注和学界探讨,都成立了民间组织,并出版了一系列著述。但是20世纪二三十年代和八九十年代的国际格局和时代环境发生了巨大变化,两次“太平洋热”有着本质不同,最突出变化是中国身份和地位的变化。梳理两次“太平洋热”的成果,对深刻认识国际形势演变和我国的战略定位、太平洋于我国发展的意义都有重要价值。
In the 20th century,there were two“Pacific problem fever”or“Pacific fever”in China.One was in the 1920s and 1930s,and the other was in the 1980s and 1990s.The two“Pacific fever”rose under different historical backgrounds,with significantly different contents and forms,as well as some relevance and continuity.The two“Pacific fever”were both social concerns and academic discussions triggered by practical needs.Both established non-governmental organizations and published a series of works.However,great changes have taken place in the international pattern and era environment in the 1920s and 1930s and the 1980s and 1990s.The two“Pacific fever”are essentially different.The most prominent change is the change of China’s identity and status.Combing the achievements of the two“Pacific fever”is of great value to deeply understand the international situation,China’s strategic positioning and the significance of the Pacific to China’s development.
