摘要
王雨三是民国时期江苏著名医家,著有《治病法轨》一书。王雨三医德高尚,医术精当,注重以脉理立言,创制了权衡图,以图示左右脉虚实轻重。其临证常以脉判断病因、病机、病位,以脉测气血盛衰、衡量病情轻重、鉴别虚实寒热、预判正邪顺逆以及指导方药使用,具有鲜明的个人特色和学术内涵。其脉学思想贯穿于《治病法轨》的始终,兹取其精华会参于同道。
WANG Yu-san,a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu province during the period of the Republic of China,was the author of the book"Zhi Bing Fa Gui".With good skills and high morals,WANG Yu-san payed attention to writing of pulse theory,created trade-off chart that could be used to show the deficiency and excess of left and right pulse.In clinical practice,WANG Yu-san often used pulse to judge the cause,pathogenesis,location,severity of the disease,to measure the rising and falling of Qi and blood,to identify the deficiency and excess of chills and fever,to predict the good and evil,and to guide the use of prescriptions and Chinese medicine.It had distinctive characteristics and personal imprint.The pulse theory of WANG Yu-san,was the crystallization of his thought,which running through"Zhi Bing Fa Gui".The essence will be displayed to clinicians.
